Bristol Township police have taken one man into custody after he reportedly assaulted a nurse.
Lasanah Kromah, 30, of Waldorf, Massachusetts, was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and harassment. He was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10 percent of $250,000 bail.

An affidavit of probable cause notes that on Monday, Kromah punched a nurse in the face while at Lower Bucks Hospital on Bath Road. The nurse told police the assault was completely unprovoked and without warning, giving him no time to protect himself.
The victim suffered a cut and swelling to the effected area as a result, according to court documents.
Kromah, who was arraigned later Monday afternoon by District Judge Robert L. Wagner Jr., awaits a preliminary hearing with District Judge Joanne Kline set for November 17.
