Hundreds lined the streets of Fallsington for the annual celebration of the historic hamlet.
The annual celebration is a coming together of community entities active within Historic Fallsington, including Historic Fallsington Inc., All Saints Episcopal Church, Fallsington Friends Meeting, Falsington Elementary School PTO and many more.

According to Erica Armour of Historical Fallsington Inc., Historic Fallsington Day is the main fundraiser for the non-profit. the proceeds from the day go towards maintaining and renovating historic buildings in the town. Six buildings in the town, including the Burges-Lippincott House and the Gillingham Store make use of the money raised on Historic Fallsington Day.
“We try to keep up with the times, but we have to remember our history,” Amour said. A number of history-related activities were available for visitors to partake in on Saturday, including open hearth cooking demonstrations, horse drawn hayrides, a Native American display and more.
Historic Fallsington Day is also important to the community and in keeping the community together and strong, Amour said. “It draws local communities together.”

“Fallsington is Falls Township’s best kept secret. I moved to Martha Drive last year and am never moving again,” resident Anthony Paul Pinto said.
