According to a press release, a woman in her 30s told officers she was walking a few minutes earlier to her apartment from the parking lot of the clubhouse and management office when a man grabbed her from behind and tried to pull her pants and underwear down. The two tussled and the suspect continued to try to sexually assault her.
Once another woman approached, the suspect took off and ran away on foot, police said.
The suspect is described as a black male of medium build, 20s to 30s and 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-10. He was reportedly wearing a dark baggy hooded sweatshirt with a possible logo on the back and dark pants.
