Falls Township officials say the Fall Festival has been cancelled due to the threat of rain. The 7:30 p.m. showing of “Hotel Transylvania” has been moved to Saturday, October 10.

Autumn fun and movies are coming to Falls Township on Saturday.
The second annual Fall Festival that will be held Saturday, October 3 at Falls Township Community Park will feature family fun, including a bounce house, face painting, a photo booth and balloon art. In addition to the family activities, a DJ will be present playing music for attendees.

Kids aged 14 through 17 can participate in the second annual Punt, Pass and Kick competition. Participants need to pre-register and can do so at http://tinyurl.com/q9ygd8w.
Those attending the festival are invited to bring non-perishable food donations for local food pantries, according to organizers.

At 7:30 p.m., “Hotel Transylvania” will be playing at phase one of the community park. Phase one, the soccer side, will include a 20-foot screen and free popcorn while supplies are available.
There is no rain date for the festival, but in the event of rain, the movie will be moved to October 10.
