A standard traffic stop for speeding ended in an arrest involving guns, drugs and false identification.
Anthony Daniels, 26, of Philadelphia, was pulled over Tuesday morning for drivingย at 45 mph in a 40 mph zone on a Bristol Township road.ย Daniels explained to ย Pennsylvania State Police thatย he did not have any form of identification in his car and gave the name Robert Daniels, with a fake birthday, according to the probable cause affidavit.

Daniels quickly admitted to lying about his identity to the trooperย and also admitted that he had a suspended driving license, court documents stated.
Before the vehicle was towed, an inventory search was conducted on the car, and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia, two straws containing a suspected controlled substance and a loaded Raven Arms P-25 firearm was found in the back, state police said.
Daniels is being charged with two gun related felonies, possessing an instrument of crime with intent to use it, multiple misdemeanors involving controlled substances and paraphernalia.

Daniels bail was set at 10 percent of $25,000, and he is being held at Bucks County Prison. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 26.
