If you’ve driven on Langhorne-Yardley Road recently, you know its covered with potholes and large cracks. This week, PennDOT crews plan to begin work to repair it.
Officials announced recently that Langhorne-Yardley Road between Briggs Road and Stony Hill Road in Middletown and Lower Makefield will be repaved. According to PennDOT, the work will begin Wednesday and finish by next Thursday.

Lane restrictions for the milling and resurfacing work will take place from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. between Briggs Road and Stony Hill Road.
The paving comes as part of a $6.7 million countywide project that will see eight other resurfacing projects take place over the next several months. All the other projects are planned for outside the Levittown area and will be finished by late October.
H & K Group Inc. of Skippack, Montgomery County is the general contractor on the work.
