
A smokey electrical problem caused firefighters to respond to a Middletown eatery.
A short circuit in an electrical box at Manuco’s Spanish Cuisine in the 1000 block of Bristol-Oxford Valley Road in Levittown caused a smoke condition inside the open restaurant Thursday evening.

The damage to the eatery was limited but the health department was needed to inspect the facility before it could reopen, Deputy Fire Marshal Ken Richards said.
No injuries were reported.
