According to court records, Evens was involved in the large fight outside the Stadium Bar and Grill on Woerner Avenue in Levittown last August. Evens is accused of taking part in an assault on a people trying to leave the bar following a stabbing out front.

The night at the bar ended with Falls Township volunteer firefighter Steven Basalyga suffering a serious stab wound, multiple assaults on others, a robbery and general madness outside the establishment.

Acting Lt. Ralph Johnson said recently that Evens was arrested in New York a month ago and was extradited on his Bucks County warrant last week. A mugshot was not available because the 21 year old was processed at the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
