Pennsylvania State Police based out of Trevose said Rafael Falu was killed around 1:30 p.m. after his 1994 black Ford Ranger pickup truck rolled over after a tire tread blew off on I-95 in Bensalem. Falu lost control of the pickup truck and it rolled onto the shoulder, partly ejecting him.
