The service will resume less than a week after the fatal crash of a Amtrak passenger train in Philadelphia. The cause of the crash, which left eight people dead, remained under investigation Sunday evening.
SEPTA spokesman Andrewย Busch said delays along the line are to be expected asย service restoration moves forward. The Trenton Line will not stop atย the North Philadelphia, Bridesburg and Tacony stations on Monday.
Due to the temporary closureย of the Trenton Line last week, the West Trenton Line, which stops in Langhorne and Middletown, saw higher than normal passenger loads.
