
In late April, police began conducting a narcotics investigation on a Levittown resident. As of Friday, that man was in police custody.
Andrew Boone, 27, was charged by Falls Township police with one felony count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance on Friday.

According to a probable cause affidavit, police began their investigation in late April when they had knowledge that Boone was possessing and selling the Schedule I controlled substance MDMA, also referred to as ecstasy or molly.
On Wednesday, police obtained a search warrant for Boone’s home and all vehicles contained on the Edgewood Lane property. The home and vehicles were searched by police on Thursday shortly after noon.
During the investigation, Boone spoke with police, advising them there were drugs and drug paraphernalia in a drawer and cabinet above the stove in the home’s kitchen. Police located two clear plastic baggies, each containing suspected MDMA, as well as a single red pharmaceutical tablet without scoring, a clear plastic bag which contained 40 yellow tablets suspected to be oxycodone, a digital scale, and numerous clear unused sandwich bags.

Throughout the course of the investigation , police also recovered $1,147, Boone’s New Jersey state identification card, and $117 found in a second pair of men’s jeans.
Boone was charged and arraigned where his bail was set at 10 percent of $300,000. He awaits a preliminary hearing with District Judge Jan Vislosky set for May 26.
