A 46-year-old Levittown man was found guilty of molesting and raping three girls in Bristol Township.
Paul Callahan, 46,was found guilty following a trial this week on “28 felony counts that included child rape, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children and unlawful contact with minors,” the Doylestown Intelligencer newspaper reported.

Callahan came under investigation by Bristol Township police in October after the girls – ages 13, 16, and 19 – reported the molestation incidents that took place over years.
All three of the girls told investigators Callahan would touch them inappropriately and/or show them his genitals while they were growing up. Once each girl turned around 10, Callahan would begin having sexual relations with them, police said.
The teens, according to court documents, told Callahan to stop but he did not.

Under threat, the teens were told not to tell anyone about the alleged sex acts, court papers stated.
According to a court room observer, the victims testified earlier in the week during the trial.

The newspaper reported defense attorney David Harold Knight said the prosecutor did not have any “real evidence” against Callahan. A district attorney rebutted that the 46 year old was a “monster,” according to the article.
Callahan remains in county jail awaiting sentencing.
