According to prosecutors, Sanfratello was intoxicated when she caused a crash at the intersection of Route 611 and County Line Road in Horsham, Montgomery County on the evening of November 21.

The Doylestown Intelligencer reported the crash killed 72-year-old Bristol resident Ann Marie Schnerr and injured four of her family members that were in her vehicle.

The newspaper cites police documents and reported Sanfratello allegedly drove through a red light and struck the vehicle Schnerr and her family were in.
