Due to extremely heavy rains that occurred on Monday, yard waste collection has been delayed this week in neighborhoods throughout Bristol Township. Since crews are running several days behind schedule, we are asking residents to be patient as crews work overtime to collect unusually large amounts of soggy yard waste debris.

To ensure pickup, residents should also leave their yard waste containers or bags curbside until they are collected.
In the meantime, officials are urging residents to follow several important guidelines to help ensure quicker pickups:
Place yard waste in a rigid container (please mark “yard waste” on the container) or biodegradable (paper) bags. Do not place yard waste in your recycling or refuse container!
No plastic bags are accepted.

Branches must be cut into lengths less than 4 feet long. -Branches should be tied or bundled with string or twine.
