While on patrol late Tuesday evening, Falls Township police Officer Jarrod Eisenhauer noticed a red Hyundai Accent, driven by Camm, parked in a parking spot at the 7-Elven located at 8019 Mill Creek Road in Levittown. The car was identified by officers as operating forward and reverse numerous times while in the parking lot. After a brief time, the vehicle then abruptly exited the parking lot onto Mill Creek Road without the use of a turn signal. According to court documents, it was then that police conducted a routine traffic stop in the North Park section.

While conducting the traffic stop, police noted an immediate strong odor of “unburned fresh marijuana” coming from Camm’s vehicle. Camm noted to officers that while he doesn’t smoke marijuana because he is on probation, he did have amounts of K2 within the vehicle. K2 is identified as a synthetic form of the controlled substance.

Camm then handed officers a clear bag with the alleged K2 inside. He told officers that nothing else illegal would be found inside the vehicle and gave police authorization to check, according to a probable cause affidavit.

It was while inside the car that police uncovered 10 sandwich bags containing 1 ounce per bag of suspected marijuana. Three smaller bags containing suspected marijuana, sandwich and large styleย bags containing residue, black storage containers, a digital scale with residue on it, a large amount of new and unused baggies and a clear bag containing 7 blue and 4 white and brown pills were also found within Camm’s vehicle.

While in police custody Camm informed law enforcement that he did possess the marijuana for the sole purpose of selling it to others for a profit. Camm told officers he largely conducts his operation through the use of calling and texting on his cell phone.

Nearly a year ago Camm had a separate run-in with officers in Bristol Township. He was arrested on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment in a May 2014 incident. He later pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and harassment and served probation.

Camm is out on bail after posting 10 percent of $25,000. He awaits a preliminary hearing on April 29 with Judge Jan Vislosky.
