Hartzell was caught after a resident called in a suspicious person Friday, October 24. Borough police arrived and discovered two possible burglaries in Lakewood.
Hartzell was stopped and found to have loose change and cash, two Xbox 360 games, a pill bottle prescribed to a resident of Laurel Lane and headphones in a case on his person, according to court papers.
“I did it man, like I said I was pretty f**ked up earlier,ย should have stayed in my house, f**k Iโm going away for like three years,” Hartzell reportedly told police.

The objects found on Hartzell were alsoย consistent with objects identified as missing by residents, police said.
