Daniel โJordanโ Vonberg, 23, of Levittown, had his preliminary hearing continued until May 7.
In January, all four defendants were arrested after an investigation into Visco, who police allege was involved with the heroin trade.
In court papers filed by Detective David Strother, police said they observed Visco make two exchanges with an unknown male outside the 7-Eleven at the corner of Trenton and Woodbourne roads in January.

After police watched Visco make a drug transaction with a man who would later be identified as Cody, investigators followed Cody as he got into the backseat of a gray Hyundai, which was driven by Vonberg, with Trabocco as his passenger. The car then proceeded to the Giant Food Store in Levittown, court papers say. According to statements by Cody made to police, Trabocco provided him with the $60 to buy six bags of heroin from Visco.
Police observed as the vehicle parked and Cody went inside the store. Cody told police he went inside Giant, leaving the other two in the parking lot,ย โto steal a bottle of water.โ Water bottles are commonly used to prepare heroin for injection. Officers noted several blue stamped bags of heroin and syringes in plain view inside the car. When Cody returned and Vonberg and him were preparing the heroin for the three of them to use, police approached the vehicle and detained them. Police recovered two blue wax heroin stamp bags from between the seat and the vehicleโs console, two belts from the center console, a syringe from under the passenger seat and a bag of new syringes from within the center console, according to police records.
During police interviews, Trabocco and Vonberg advised police that Cody was the only one who knew the seller, and they had promised him free heroin for being the middleman, according to court papers.

A few days after his initial arrest, Visco was charged again by police after they found 39 bags of heroin and additional drug paraphernalia in the same Foxwood Manor apartment where he lived with his girlfriend, son, mother and minor brothers, court papers say. Strother noted in court papers that the drugs were within reach of the children.
Cody and Trabocco were in county jail as of last week, both unable to post bail. Visco and Vonberg are free on bail, according to court dockets.
