Although it happened on April Fools Day, the theft of $245 of groceries is no joke.
A woman with two young kids was seen with a loaded shopping cart full of meat and poultry Thursday evening at the Pathmark in Fairless Hills. Then, the woman tried to hide the $245 worth of groceries in a black trash bag, according to Falls Township police.

A manager confronted the thief, but she was able to get away with the perishables, police said.
The woman was seen driving off in a dark-colored Toyota.
