A man police say was selling heroin out of a local motel has waived all charges onto trial before District Judge Jan Vislosky on Wednesday.
Jason Parkes, 33, of Morrisville, was charged in late January after Tullytown police conducted a month long investigation that ended in Falls Township.

According to police, Parkes, was operating an extensive heroin operation out of his motel room. Police noted in a probable cause affidavit that Parkes sold 13 bags of heroin to a confidential informant (CI) over two exchanges on January 21.
When Parkes was taken into custody, he was found with an additional 13 bags of heroin and the pre-recorded buy money provided by police on his person, as noted in police documents.
Parkes was charged with one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility, one felony count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, and two related misdeamanor charges in the case.

Parkes, whose original bail was set at 10 percent of $150,000 on January 22, was released on 10 percent of $25,000 one day later.
Parkes, who was charged with similar drug related charges in a separate incident with Falls Township police back in October, awaits a formal arraignment on May 1.
