Bucks County Detectives noted in court documents that Molnar was seen by Detective Timothy Carroll sitting in his vehicle outside the St. Ann’s Club on April 1, 2013. According to Carroll, police followed him to his home and submitted a search warrant after observing Molnar count money in his car.
Police obtained the warrant for Molnar’s Bristol Borough home andย discovered $3,946 in cash, privately printed lottery tickets, a date stamp, ink pad, and numerous football pools and lottery tickets.
Inside Molnar’s vehicle, football pools, currency, and notebooks were also found. According to police, the recovered notebooks indicated Molnar was involved in three separate gambling operations including street lotteries, street numbers, and football pools.

Molnar was arraigned by District Judge Frank Peranteauย Sr. on Thursday where he was released on $30,000 unsecured. He awaits a preliminary hearing with Pearanteau scheduled for April 8.
Chris McAteer, chief of the Bucks County Detectives, told LevittownNow.com Molnar’s arrest was part of an investigation separate from the one that netted two men earlier this month. The two men were arrested as part of a multi-year sports betting probe. The men, one of whom is related to Bristol Borough’s mayor, are awaiting preliminary hearings.
