According to police documents, on Monday December 15, shortly after 4 p.m., Falls police were dispatched to the 200 block ofย South Olds Boulevard for a sexual assault against a child that occurred earlier. An interview with the girl was conducted on January 5 by the Children’s Advocacy Center, according to court records.

On Monday March 23, Falls police met with Friedman at police headquarters. He told police he had been left alone with the girl in 2011. According to police records, Friedman said he was naked from the waist down and masturbating while looking at pornographic images on a computer in front of the then 8-year-old girl. He told police after ejaculating in front of the girl, she took off her pants, and they “looked at each others private parts” while the girl laid on the sofa.

He stated to police that later in the evening in 2011, when he was alone with the girl, he entered her room naked from the waist down and sat beside her onย her bed and asked her to touch his penis.ย According to court documents and interviews with the girl, Friedman demonstrated to the girl how to touch it and instructed her “white stuff would come out.” After, Friedman left the room and told the girl to keep it a secret, police said.
