A Croydon woman was charged in connection with a prostitution investigation in Upper Southampton.
Police allege in court papers that several women agreed to perform sex acts on undercover officers inside the Rose Spa, located in a shopping center and office complex in the 1000 block of County Line Road.

The operation appeared to be run by 22-year-old Bensalem resident Carmen Trefon, who was arraigned on several charges related to promoting prostitution, corrupt organizations, criminal use of a communications facility and related offenses. She was released on unsecured bail last week.
Ashley Paster, 25, of Bristol Township’s Croydon section, was charged with falsely pretending to hold a professional or occupational license and a prostitution-related offense this week along with Philadelphia residents Victoria Wise, 27, and Carolyn Camm-Winston, 25. All three were charged via summons.
Upper Southampton police wrote in court papers that they received a tip that the Rose Spa was a place of prostitution in mid-January. Further investigation revealed the business was not properly licensed with the township, police allege.

Undercover investigations in January and February included Paster, Wise and Camm-Winston all agreeing to perform sex acts on undercover officers in exchange for money, police said.
The spa reportedly advertised on a website known for offering illicit services. Several ad postings offered naked “body on body” rubs and prostate massages. Detective James Shirmer filed a subpoena for the online advertisements for the Rose Spa. The subpoena returned hundreds of pages of advertisements promoting illicit services, which were reportedly paid for by Trefon, according to court papers.

Two of the woman arrested identified Trefon as managing the operation and scheduling appointments, court papers say.
Police said the women working at the Rose Spa were not licensed to provide massages.
