
A man was discovered passed out and intoxicated behind the Staples on East Lincoln Highway in Middletown.
Paul Immanuel Griffiths, 29, of Falls Township, was found by police after someone called to report a person who appeared to be huffing aerosol spray duster cans.

Medics and police tended to Griffiths, who was speaking but appeared intoxicated, according to court papers. The 29 year old reported was unsteady on his feet and had trouble standing straight.
One of the officers noted he saw Griffiths inhale from one of the cans as he pulled up, court papers say.
Griffiths was recognized by police from a previous incident, according to court papers.

The 29 year old was taken into custody on a probation retainer.
Griffiths was charged with charges related to the possession and release of a toxic substance and public drunkenness. He was arraigned and his bail was set at $5,000.
