Bucks County District Attorney David Heckler said early Saturday afternoon that his office will review the evidence and determine if the shooting of the man was justified.
“There seems to be very little question of what happened,” Heckler stated. “The windshield camera video seems to show it.”
When the investigating into the shooting has concluded, Heckler will send a letter to Morrisville Borough Chief George McClay with his determination.

“I’m just happy the officer was not more seriously injured,” the district attorney said.
