Three people have waived their rights to a preliminary hearings in connection with an alleged country-wide marijuana operation.
The three were part of an alleged marijuana operation that had conducted business for several years and used a quilting and healing stones businesses as a front, police said. Authorities noted in court papers drugs were shipped from Oregon to the Morrisville Post Office in Falls Township and then sold locally.

Before District Judge Jan Vislosky on Tuesday, alleged drug distributor Joan D’Arcy, 65, of Portland, Oregon, had her bail lowered from 10 percent of $950,000 to $950,000 unsecured by District Judge Jan Vislosky. D’Arcy waived two drug charges, two counts of conspiracy and a single county of criminal use of a communication facility onto Doylestown for trial.
Deborah Page, 63, of Falls, waived her right to a preliminary hearing last Thursday on two drug charges and two counts of conspiracy. Page is free on $100,000 unsecured bail.
Tullytown resident John James Coffman, 24, waived on two drug charges, two counts of conspiracy and a single count of criminal use of a communication facility onto Doylestown.

Police allege Page and Coffman, who has reportedly sold marijuana for Page since high school, picked up packages filled with marijuana from the Morrisville Post Office.
When police served a search warrant on Page’s home, they found drugs and $22,000 cash, according to court papers.
