Falls Township police say a man tried to return stolen beauty products before fleeing on a bicycle.
The suspect took a makeup palette and La Roche Posey lotion from the Ulta store on Commerce Boulevard in the Oxford Court Shopping Plaza last Thursday. After taking the items from the shelves, he tried to return them for a refund, police said.

Employees denied the refund because they suspected the items offered for return were stolen, police said.
Police describe the suspect as a 21- to 28-year-old white male with black hair and a beard. He wore a green jacket, green shirt and blue jeans.
The suspect was last scene riding a yellow, 10-speed bicycle toward Oxford Valley Road.
