Police Look For Suspect In Knifepoint Robbery

A man concealing his face with a scarf robbed a Bristol Township Wawa early Wednesday morning.

Police say the suspect walked into the Wawa on Emilie Road around 1:45 a.m., grabbed a Red Bull and then paid for it. While dealing with the cashier, the suspect told the cashier to leave the register open. At that point, the suspect displayed a knife, according to police.

Police describe the suspect was a thin, light-skinned black male and about 5-foot-7. He wore a black hoodie, tan pants and had a white scarf covering his face.

The amount of cash the suspect made off with was not disclosed.
