Three men from out of state were busted with 8 pounds of methamphetamine Sunday afternoon.
Israel Modina, 29, Alexis Nino, 20, and Alfredo Nino, 34, all of Dallas, Texas, were arrested by Middletown police after the 2013 Ford Fusion with Texas plates they were driving in was pulled over for a traffic violation in the 1200 block of Veterans Highway (Route 413) in Levittown.

Police said they searched the vehicle that Modina was driving. Inside, they found multiple cellphones and four packages of a substance that field tested as methamphetamine, according to court papers filed by Bucks County Detectives.
Alfredo Nino reportedly told investigators during an interview that he and the other people in the vehicle were aware they were transporting drugs to be delivered in Pennsylvania. He also stated the money would be exchanged for the delivery of the drugs, court papers say.
Modina, Alexis Nino and Alfredo Nino were charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, corrupt organizations, conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facility. The three were arraigned Sunday night and sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $1 million.
