A man is accused of striking an occupied vehicle at the Old Country Buffet in Falls Township and then driving off.
A 22-year-old Yardley man will be charged in the coming days with causing the crash and then fleeing the scene Tuesday morning around 10:15 a.m., Lt. Hank Ward said.

After the crash, Falls police broadcasted the striking vehicle’s description over their radios.
A short time later, Lower Makefield officers found the man and his damaged vehicle at the Kohl’s up the road, police said.
The 22 year old was taken into custody without incident.

He was later processed and will be charged in he coming days, police said.
