SEPTA is extending regional rail service for revelers ringing in the new year.
The public transit agency said New Year’s Eve service will run on a regular weekday schedule and additional trains will be added come late night. On New Year’s Day, SEPTA will operate services on a Sunday schedule.

The local Trenton and West Trenton lines will offer additional late-night departures from Center City.
SEPTA notes in a recent schedule that the Bucks County-bound trains will leave Philadelphia a little after 1 a.m. and arrive at their respective Lower Bucks County stations shortly after 2 a.m.
