FBI Looking To Speak With Individuals Here On Visa Lottery Or Green Card Lottery System

The FBI, in cooperation with the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the U.S. Department of State, is asking individuals that have come to the United States through the U.S. State Department Diversity Visa Lottery or Green Card Lottery system utilizing any one of the following companies: Hermes, United, Diaspora, Immigratsiyniy Mist or Terna Credit Union, to contact the FBI at 1-844-250-8545.

The investigation to date has revealed that individuals have been victimized by one or more of the above listed Western Ukrainian companies that assisted individuals to apply for the Diversity Visa Lottery/Green Card Lottery. The FBI would like to talk to the companies’ customers regarding their experiences.

According to previously issued press releases in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs is working to recover funds paid to the companies as a result of their Green Card Lottery business and hopes to disburse these recovered funds to the companies’ customers.

The FBI has language specialists available to assist.
