The posters (see attached), which offer tips and reminders for keeping yourself and others safe, were created in partnership with PennDOT and AAA Mid-Atlantic and interested companies and organizations can request them by contacting TMA Bucks at 215-244-9082.

โ€œWhile TMA Bucks and our Community Traffic Safety Program heavily focuses on changing driver behavior it is important to remember that pedestrians can also take steps to enhance highway safety,โ€ explained TMA Bucks executive director Bill Brady. โ€œDrivers and pedestrians alike need to share the responsibility of keeping themselves and others on the road safe and hopefully these posters can serve as important reminders when people see them.โ€

TMA Bucks, which manages the Bucks County Community Traffic Safety Program, is a 501 (c) 4 non-profit transportation management association designed to promote and coordinate travel demand management strategies to reduce peak-hour traffic congestion and serve as a clearinghouse for transportation policies and programs throughout Bucks County. The TMA is membership supported and businesses can learn more about the benefits of membership at tmabucks.com.
