Due to the late fall weather, Bristol Township will hold a special yard waste collection during the week of December 15. Bristol Township Public Works will collect yard waste throughout Bristol Township. All leaves/yard waste left for collection must be out to the curb no later than Monday, December 15 at 7:00AM.

Residents are reminded that yard waste in plastic bags WILL NOT be collected.
¨ Place yard waste in rigid container or biodegradable (paper) bags.
¨ Branches must be cut into lengths less than 4 feet long.
¨ Branches should be tied or bundled with string or twine.
Please note, depending on the volume of yard waste out for collection, it may take approximately one week to complete the collection.
If residents miss their collection during this period, yard waste can still be disposed of as trash in the 95-gallon green refuse container. As a “greener” alternative, residents are encouraged to try chopping up moderate amounts of leaves with a mulching lawnmower.

Yard waste collection will resume again in April 2015.
The Township’s waste hauler, Waste Management will also collect Christmas trees on Wednesday, January 7, 2015 and Wednesday, January 14, 2015. Residents should leave the trees at the curb for collection. Residents having questions may call Joan Lamina at: 215-785-0500 Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-4:30PM.
