It’s happened again.
Contractors working in the area of Route 13 and the Lower Bucks County Joint Municipal Authority facility have caused a natural gas leak in Bristol Township.

Police said traffic control measures were in place at the scene. Officials also said PECO has responded.
PECO spokesperson Ben Armstrong said the same 1.25-inch line that was struck on Wednesday was hit again around 7:55 a.m. Friday. He was unclear if the same contractor hit the line.
PECO crews were able to stop the flow of natural gas and will work for the next several hours to fix the issue. Only one customer is without gas service.

Armstrong said utility markings were present in the area, however, he was not sure if they were marked accurately.
Investigators from the utility will respond to the scene and try to figure out what happened.
