The trouble for the two men began on August 27, when police say a local landscaper’s shop on Stony Hill Road was forcibly entered sometime overnight. Police believe it was both Rehill and Harth who took multiple pieces of landscape equipment valued at over $2,200.
During the investigation several of the missing items, which included leaf blowers, saws and trimmers, were located at pawn shops in both Bucks and Montgomery County, according to a press release provided by police.
Police were able to recover the items before they were resold.

Detectives from the Lower Makefield Police Department interviewed both Rehill and Harth, who had both sold the items to the pawn shop. It was then that the menย admitted they had burglarized the shop and pawned the items for $1,500.
Harth’s preliminary hearing will be continued on January 20 by Judge Michael Burns, while Rehill’s is scheduled with Judge Robert Wagner for January 13.

This isn’t the first time the men have had trouble with the law. According to public online court records, Harth was arrested in drug related charges in February 2014 and October 2013, in addition to retail theft charges in June 2013. Rehill was arrested for burglary related charges this past July and theft related charges in September 2013.
