Snow totals rain from 1 to 2 inches in the lower portion of the area and 2 to 4 inches in the northern part of the lower end of the county.
The National Weather Service is calling for temperatures to be around freezing throughout the day. Overnight lows are expected to bottom out at 30 degrees.
“As precipitation picks up and temperatures slide through the morning, we should see rains that fall gradually transition to a mix and then to snow. Steadiest and heaviest precipitation is modeled to fall between 9 AM and 4 PM, with precipitation tapering off from west to east after 6 PM,” PhillyWX.com says in a post.
