A man is accused of indecently assaulting a woman Wednesday in the courtyard of a Bristol Township office complex.

Chad Dutkiewicz, 27, of Bensalem, allegedly approached the woman outside her job in the 1200 block of Veterans Highway (Route 413) around 3 p.m. Dutkiewicz reportedly grabbed the woman and “forcefully” kissed her.

The woman screamed, pushed the 27 year old away and began running toward her office, according to court papers.

The woman fled to the building entrance but Ditkiewicz held the door shut and blocked her. One of the woman’s co-workers heard her screaming and spooked Dutkiewicz, police said.

The woman and her co-worker followed Ditkiewicz and relayed their location to a 9-1-1 dispatcher, authorities said.

Officer Jason Mancuso stopped Ditkiewicz after being called to the assault at the business center. He spotted the27 year old because the suspect had turned his jacket inside to apparently alter his appearance, police said.

Dutkiewicz was arraigned Wednesday before District Justice Joanne Kline on charges including indecent assault, indecent assault by force and false imprisonment. He was sent to Bucks County lockup on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.
