The injured man, Meny Moore, remained at Temple University Hospital as of late Wednesday night, police chief Arnold Porter told LevittownNow.com. Moore was airlifted from Lower Bucks Hospital shortly after the partial collapse.

The building, which used the addresses 301 and 303 Radcliffe Street, was in the process of being converted into two single-family units when the collapse happened around 10 a.m. Wednesday. Neighbors at the scene said the rumble of the collapse could be felt on Mill Street.

The former apartment building has been vacant since a multi-alarm fire four years ago. Plans to renovate the building were recently submitted to the borough and the structure was inspected, Borough Manager James Dillon said on Tuesday.
