Recently, David Jenner, 31, was sentenced to 23 months in prison with immediate parole granted after he pleaded guilty to institutional vandalism. Judge Theodore Fritsch Jr. ordered Jenner to pay $1,215 in restitution to the Middletown police department to repair the damage to their headquarters.

Jenner reportedly went wild after Penndel police arrested him on drug charges. Once at the Middletown police station’s holding cells, he flooded the cell and damaged audio and video equipment used to monitor the cells.

During his damaged spree at the police station, officers asked him to stop but he ignored their request, police said.
