Warm Coats To Be Distributed For BTSD Students

A warm coat distribution will be held at Harry S. Truman High School on Thursday afternoon.

Warm coats for students that attend the Bristol Township School District will be distributed between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The event is sponsored by the Bristol Township School District Nurses.

“Toyota of Langhorne has donated approximately 500 new coats and the Council Rock School District has provided 300 ‘gently used’ coats,” a post on the district’s Facebook page says.

The warm coats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. A one coat per child policy will be enforced.

In order to get a coat, parents are asked to show proof their child is a district student,
