State police said they are continuing to investigate a crash on I-95 in Middletown that caused a truck to overturn on Friday.

A 2006 Volvo VHD dump truck driven by a 35-year-old New Jersey man overturned on southbound I-95 Friday afternoon, state police said in a press release.

State police said the crash was caused by the dump traveling in traffic at an unsafe speed in the are of Big Oak Road.
A 61-year-old Washington Crossing woman whose Audi was involved in the crash suffered minor injuries, state police said.
A traffic citation for speeding is expected to be filed against the driver of the dump truck.
