The owner of the vehicle left the keys in the ignition and the Jeep running while he went inside the store. A female customer alerted the owner that someone – later identified as Ferliano – had stolen his vehicle, according to court papers.
Police were called and learned the vehicle was last seen heading on New Falls Road toward Tyburn Road, court papers say.
The owner, according to police, used a tracking app on his iPhone that was still in the car to find the exact location of the vehicle.
