A 37-year-old Fairless Hills man recently pleaded guilty in two cases that involved charges of resisting arrest, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.

Marc Friedhofer pleaded guilty earlier this month before Judge Rea Boylan in Doylestown. In the two cases, she sentenced him to two years probation with numerous conditions including writing apology letters and not to be anywhere alcohol is served.

Friedhofer was arrested by Falls police in January after he put up a fight when police asked for his identification at a local hotel where he was reported to be loitering, according to court papers.
The second case stemmed from a March incident where Friedhofer was spotted spray painting the side of the Pep Boys on Lincoln Highway. After being asked to stop vandalizing the building, Friedhofer confronted the manager and spray painted the front of his shirt before fleeing, court papers say.
Friedhofer was also ordered to pay back costs associated with the case.
