A man was arrested Thursday after allegedly making a threat to a doctor trying to conduct an x-ray.

Paul Starrett, 62, who is homeless, arrived at Aria Hospital in in Falls Township around 11:15 a.m. Thursday to have an x-ray done. According to police, Starrett got in a “calm verbal argument regarding the x-ray examinations.” The argument with a doctor then stopped and Starrett said he no longer wanted an x-ray.

The doctor and Starrett began to walk away. At that point, Starrett reportedly said he would get his gun and shoot him, court papers say.
Police were then called and responded to the hospital.
Starrett was arraigned before District Judge Daniel Baranoski on terroristic threats and harrasment. He was sent to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $20,000 bail.
