18 Bucks County Residents Died in 9/11 Attacks

America will remember the thousands were killed in the 2001 terrorist attacks on New York City, Western Pennsylvania and Washington D.C. on Thursday.

“These were simply people who went to work on one crystal clear September morning and unexpectedly found themselves on the front line,” Rev. Doug Hoglund of Woodside Presbyterian Church in Lower Makefield said at a ceremony at the Garden of Reflection 2012.

Locally, 18 residents of Bucks County perished in the attacks.
