Police had initial reports that four suspects were involved in the stabbing, but Ward said that later evolved to only two people.
Police were called to the area of Manor Elementary School after two 17-year-olds – one from Bristol Borough and another from Levittown – were stabbed following a dispute during a basketball game in Elderberry Park shortly before 7 p.m., authorities said.
The teens were rushed to St. Mary Medical Center in Middletown for non-life-threatening stab wounds.

Officers and detectives with flashlights were seen searching a grassy area along Penn Valley Road around 8:30 p.m. Later, they spoke with a group of teenagers on North Park Drive.
An investigator and several police officers then headed over to Neptune Lane. Police were spotted talking to residents on the street.
Ward said detectives obtained a search warrant for a North Park address believed to be connected to the stabbing.
