According to the U.S. Attorney for the Philadelphia region, Kinsley received and attempted to receive child pornography in May 2011. The indictment alleges that between January 21, 2011 and February 16, 2011, and on July 28, 2011, Kinsey aided and abetted the distribution of child pornography.

“If convicted of all counts, Kinsley faces a maximum possible sentence of 70 years in prison,” officials said in a statement.

The indictment was unsealed in Philadelphia federal court on Monday.
