Arriving officers were told by the victim that she was with her ex-boyfriend, Allan Gondak, 55, of Croydon when the incident happened. The woman told police Gondak did some work on her car earlier in the day and went out for drinks. After, they went back to Gondak’s home on State Road, according to court papers.
Police wrote in court papers that the fighting began as an argument between the two ensued with the woman trying to leave the residence through a garage exit.
The woman, according to court papers, told police the suspect put a small silver gun to her head and threatened to “blow her brains out.” A physical altercation ensuing where the victim kicked and punched her way out of the garage and ran to the Sunoco station so she could call police.
