Police in nearby Lower Makefield say two teen girls reported a man flashed them and touched himself.
The incident is reported to have happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday while the girls were fishing along the Delaware River in the area of East Ferry and River roads, police said in a news release.

The two teens – ages 12 and 13 – said a black pickup truck with silver handrails drove up and down East Ferry Road multiple times before the incident, police said.
According to police, the teens said the vehicle stopped and the male driver exited. He cleared his throat loudly, dropped his pants and began fondling himself, police said.
The girl were able to flee the area, according to police.

The suspect in the incident is described by police as a white male, late 30s or early 40s. The man reportedly had brown facial hair.
