The Neshaminy School District and the municipalities of Langhorne Borough, Penndel Borough, Lower Southampton Township and Middletown Township, wish to inform all business located within the Neshaminy School District that they are required to file a Mercantile Tax return and a Business Privilege Tax return by September1 of each year.
